A New Restaurant Operations Director Appointed for Levi Restaurants

Heli Lehtinen has been appointed as the Restaurant Operations Director of Levi Restaurants. Levi Restaurants is part of the Oy Levi Ski Resort Ltd group and operates eight slope restaurants in Levi. These restaurants offer diverse dining options and cater to a wide range of domestic and international visitors. Levi Restaurants generates an annual turnover of nearly €6 million. The group's CEO is Jouni Palosaari.

Lehtinen, stepping into the leadership role of the restaurant business, brings extensive experience in the development of Levi’s slope restaurants. She began working for the company in 2005 and has witnessed Levi Restaurants' growth firsthand to its current scale. When she started, the company had four restaurants, but over the years, operations have doubled. Previously, Lehtinen held roles as Purchase Manager and Restaurant Manager at Levi Restaurants. She has worked in the restaurant industry since 1998, with prior experience in Helsinki, Kalajoki, and Jyväskylä before settling in Levi, where she found her home.

This spring, Levi Restaurants will also open a new slope restaurant, Bistro West. The restaurant will be located at the base station of the West chairlift on Levi’s West Slopes. Since the completion of the West chairlift, there has been significant demand for a restaurant at West Point, and Levi Restaurants is now pleased to meet customer expectations.
