1: PUNAINENHIEKKA
The sand on the southern shores of Pallasjärvi lake is striking red. Leave your car and take a a short walk on the duck boards to the beach. An open wilderness hut and a campfire sitea waits.

2: KUKASJÄRVI
This lake is one of the best kept secrets of the national park. A pathf rom the Pyhäjärvi parking lot leads you to the perfect spot to forage mushrooms and berries, especially cloudberries.

3: ÄKÄSKERO
When you want to work up a sweat and ride in astonishing scenery, choose the Äkäskero trail. Start from Peurankaltio, be prepared to walk up the first steep hill and then spend the rest of your ride taking in the glorious landscape.

4: KEIMIÖTUNTURI
From the lake Jerisjärvi parking lot a three-kilometre path will lead you to lake Keimiöjärvi's breathtaking panorama with Keimiö and Sammal fells. During the winter you can enjoy the trail cross-country skiing.
